Hi there!

I first launched my personal site all the way back in 2010 over winter break during my freshman year at Harrisburg Area Community College. Ever since then I have been slowly updating and adding to the site as I learn more about web development, programming, and software engineering. The original site I hosted was a far cry from what the page has slowly morphed into.

A lot of you may wonder why this blog is called Razzalia’s Box. I assure you it’s a silly reason. Back in high school I used to give my personal computers random nonsense names for network identification, and Razzalia was the name of the computer I first ran the website on. A website has to be called something, right? 😛

The site you are viewing now features a style I created from scratch in 2014. In 2016 I integrated the style with WordPress, and set up the installation to run off a Raspberry Pi instead of my power-hungry main rig. In 2018 I got nervous about running a public-facing website from a tiny machine that was connected to a friend’s network, precariously balanced on top of some of his gear, and partially held in place by its power and LAN cables, so I migrated the WordPress content and database files to a Google virtual machine.

If you really like, really hate, or are really indifferent to what you see, drop me a comment… Any kind of feedback about the direction I’m taking my corner of the internet is always appreciated!
